Washington County is seeking a licensed Electrical Contractor to perform phased electrical infrastructure upgrades at a designated County site. This phase covers installation of a new 800A service and modernization of lighting fixtures in the Auction and Arena areas. The Contractor is responsible for securing all necessary electrical and structural permits, verifying field conditions, and addressing any significant deviations via formal addendum or Change Order. The Contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for required electrical services, comply with applicable building and electrical codes, and ensure daily cleanup and recycling of waste materials. All workers must have valid Oregon electrical licenses, and the Contractor must provide a lead electrician with at least five years' Journeyman experience. Work tasks include safely disconnecting and demolishing the existing Electric Shed, furnishing and installing utility vaults, pads, and conduits, managing all excavation, and installing a new 800A Service Pedestal with specified connectors and outlets. The Contractor must modernize lighting by removing and replacing specified fixtures and ensure proper maintenance and code compliance of electrical panels. The Contractor is required to maintain a clean and safe site, coordinate with other on-site projects, and schedule any power outages in advance. Professional conduct is required at all times. The Contractor must also comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and prevailing wage requirements, and is responsible for providing record drawings, managing submittals, and participating in a pre-construction meeting to establish schedules and safety procedures.
