The work involves the demolition, abatement, and disposal of all demolition and hazardous materials at specified locations within the City of Clearlake. The contractor is required to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary to complete the demolition of buildings and property abatements at the following addresses: 16303 22nd Ave, 3162 9th St., 5875 Huron Ave., 4740 W 40th Ave., 4788 W 40th Ave., 4771 W 40th Ave, 3385 12th St., 3861 Manchester Ave., 5723 Cottage Ave., 16118 17th Ave., 14241 Sonoma Way, and 16392 32nd Ave. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish both a Faithful Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price.
