Reference Number 0000409053 The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work on the Hudson Mills Golf Maintenance Building including removing the existing roof system to roof deck, removing a portion of the roof deck to construct a two-foot awning off the existing truss system, removing the existing plywood siding, removing the existing trim boards, removing the existing windows, installing all necessary components for the new shingle roof system, installing new windows, installing new vertical siding, installing new trim boards and all other incidental construction items at Hudson Mills Metropark in Washtenaw County, Michigan. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Contractors License Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required - License Required Bids shall be submitted on the form included in the bidding documents, and shall be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond underwritten by a surety licensed in the State of Michigan, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract.
