Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Smithers, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The construction of a 410m long multi-use pathway. Construction of the pathway will involve grubbing, stripping, site grading, supply and installation of subbase and base coarse aggregates, supply and installation of riprap and lock blocks. Installation of asphalt pavement as an Optional Item. The project scope also includes traffic and pathway signs, and drainage features such as lawn basins, culverts, manholes and a storm main. Other scope items include streetlights, new concrete roadside barriers, and other miscellaneous items.
