Job No: 2024-052 Expand existing mezzanine catwalks for better access to the mechanical equipment. Create additional roof access points where practical. Replace isolation valves, air bleed, and drains at existing HVAC units and relocate electrical disconnects. UNR Project#: #22DMNC02320 Labor Commissioner #: WA-2026-167 SPWD Project #: 25-B906 Estimated Cost Range: $75,000 to $125,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Liquidated Damages: $500 per day. Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Contractors Pollution Liability, and equipment floater that covers equipment such as a forklift, scissor lift, or crane will be required. Builders Risk Insurance will be required if the award amount equals or exceeds $100,000. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information and in compliance with the requirements set forth at online. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on May 18, 2026 and shall be fully complete by August 21, 2026.
