This rfp is issued by the charter township of van buren downtown development authority (dda) to obtain quotes for landscaping maintenance services. The project includes three (3) separate landscape maintenance areas: . Harris park - 10101 belleville rd., van buren township, mi 48111 .Belleville & ecorse road intersection - van buren township, mi 48111 . Belleville road streetscape - belleville rd. From tyler road to the bridge into the city of Belleville, van buren township, mi 48111 Bidders may submit proposals for one, two, or all three areas. Separate pricing must be provided for each individual area. Contract term covers the 2026 and 2027 landscaping seasons, with an option to renew all or portions of the contract for one (1) additional season at the sole discretion of the township dda.
