Demolition, site work and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Tallahassee, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; and for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The purpose is to obtain competitive pricing for removal and reconstruction of two existing timber footbridges in conformance with provided plans and specifications. All work must follow referenced contract documents, including modifications, agreements, addenda, terms and conditions, drawings, specifications, and permits. Bidders must submit bids in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the solicitation number, date, and time of the solicitation opening. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference/site visit is required for bid responsiveness. All questions from bidders must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Manager by the specified deadline. Small unmanned aircraft system (drone) use is not permitted at the project site during the solicitation. Bidders must comply with confidentiality and public records law as described, properly segregating and marking any confidential information included in their submission. Question Deadline 01/26/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Deadline for Questions Must be received, Any questions from Bidders concerning this project that require the Commission to provide an official answer shall be submitted in writing to the Procurement Manager.
