Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tallahassee, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.

Description: The Improvements under this Contract consist of milling and resurfacing SR 8 (I-10) from west of Old Bainbridge Road to west of Olson Road in Leon County. The major items of work include milling, structural course, friction course, guardrail upgrades, pier protection barrier installation, ITS installations and testing, signing, markings, and shoulder treatment. The project also includes high friction surface treatment and minor drainage work. Total Roadway Length: 5.207 Miles Contract Days: 375 Total Bridge Length: 0.350 Miles Total Proposal Length: 5.557 Miles Contract Execution Days: 10 Special Start Date: N/A Aquis/Flexible Start Time: 30 Days Question Deadline 01/21/2026 at 5:00 PM ET, Direct all questions to the Department by posting them to the Department's website.
