Sealed bid proposals are invited from pre-qualified subcontractors for the FAMU Chemistry & Biology Research Lab Center project in Tallahassee, Florida. The scope of work includes: Selective Demolition, Steel, Cabinets & Trim, Roof Removal & Replacement, Doors Frames and Hardware, Glass, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Acoustical Ceilings, Epoxy Flooring, Carpet Resilient and Tile Flooring, Painting and Finishing, Building Accessories, Signage, Laboratory Casework Countertops and Equipment, Cold Room, Fire Sprinkler System, Plumbing, HVAC, HVAC Testing Adjusting and Balancing, HVAC Control System, Electrical, Communications Cabling System, Security Systems, and Fire Alarm System. Instructions to bidders indicate that proposals must be received by the stated deadline at the specified address. The Construction Manager reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or reject any and all bid proposals. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders must be pre-qualified subcontractors.
