The project involves interior renovation and build-out of approximately 3,600 square feet to accommodate municipal offices, meeting spaces, and public service areas. Stamped architectural and engineering plans are available for review by prospective contractors and will be provided during the pre-bid meeting or upon request. The Town of Boones Mill has allocated a budget range of $400,000-$420,000 for this project.
