The City of Miramar Public Works Department is inviting experienced Landscaping Contractors to submit price quotes for the installation of trees within City of Miramar medians and swales in accordance with the scope of work described below and at the locations specified. This project is for specified type, quantity and sizes of trees and includes delivery, installation, maintenance and the installation of bubblers from the laterals lines of the existing irrigation system. The City of Miramar will supply a list of the trees, and the locations where they are to be planted. The following species of trees (grade: Florida #1 or better), will be required for planting: Pigeon Plum and Wild Tamarind. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, and materials and all incidentals to perform the Work completely. Maintenance of traffic (MOT) shall be in accordance with Broward County Traffic Engineering requirements. The Contractor shall commence work upon being notified by the Project Manager. The Work shall be carried on regularly and without interruption, and the Contractor shall complete the Work no later than 30 calendar days after notification. All questions must be submitted in writing to the City's Procurement Department, 2200 Civic Center Pl., Miramar, FL 33025; Attn. Jason Chong; or by email to: jdchong@miramarfl.gov, no later than 5:00 PM on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
