The Authority is requesting proposals for the procurement of 10 Turnstile Pedestals for the inside of the AMP lobby. Equipment to be included in the bid must be portable with no required electricity, have a lithium battery life of at least 10 hours, utilize WIFI connection, and be fully integrated with multiple ticketing platforms including Ticketmaster and Paciolan. The integration must allow for entry and exit scanning, check-in and check-out via sensor detection triggered by sensor detection, and be able to scan 1D/2D barcodes, RFID, and NFC. The system must also be flexible for future technology. All bids must include delivery, installation, configuration, software, and on-site training. A proposal must fully and accurately set forth the information required by the RFP. Proposals must be received by the deadline and submitted in one original and one copy, containing the required information and a signed Pricing Sheet. Proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope or package marked on the outside as indicated.
