Plans and Specifications for the North Wood County Park Bridge are available at the Wood County Highway Department for a nonrefundable fee of $20.00 per set, or by email upon request. Bidders may be asked to submit evidence of their qualifications to do this type of work in Wisconsin prior to the award of the contract. Bids will not be accepted from any bidder listed on the State of Wisconsin Disapproved, Suspended, and Debarred Contractors list or the Federal Excluded Parties List. Bidders must submit bids in a separate sealed envelope or through Bid Express. Bids will be received during regular office hours until 10:00 AM (CST) on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. The proposal agreement must be fully executed by the bidder for the bid to be considered. The awarded bidder must execute the contract agreement within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award. The structure must be delivered to Wood County North Park, 7500 Park Lane, Arpin, WI 54410, no later than April 30, 2026. The Supplier /Manufacturer shall be responsible for designing , detailing , fabrication and delivery of the Timber Panel -Lam Vehicular Bridge superstructure . Construction of the bridge is not part of this contract . UNIT PRICES A. Payment for " Design /Supply Timber Panel -Lam Vehicular Bridge " shall be compensation in full for all costs of design , supply , fabricating , and delivery for Timber Panel -Lam Vehicular Bridge .
