The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), located in Washington, DC, is seeking to purchase Tactical Sensor equipment. The items supplied must be brand name or equal, new equipment only—no remanufactured or 'gray market' items are acceptable. All equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Vendors must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), OEM authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller such that OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty, and service must be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. Offerors are required to submit documentation from the manufacturer stating they are an authorized distributor for the specific items being procured. Maintenance renewals for software licenses and services must begin on or after the contract award date; any required reinstatement fees must be listed separately. All interested companies must provide quotations for the specified items, including their technical and price quote, DUNS Number, and Cage Code. Quotations must be sent via e-mail. Offers will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, and all quotes must state whether the terms and conditions of the solicitation are acceptable as-is or specify any exceptions. Items must meet all minimum requirement specifications as stated or provided in the RFQ specifications. Supplies should be delivered to the listed NRL delivery addresses. FOB Destination is preferred. E-mailed submissions are preferred and receipt will be verified by the date and time stamp.
