Site work for a mixed-use development in Osceola, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Remove a portion of Ridge Road for storm sewer improvements, construct new sidewalk along Highway 35, pave a bike trail, and a realignment of Ridge Road with an extension of sewer and water mains. The Contractor is solely responsible for the Work. The Contract will include an Agreement, Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Certificates, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Division 1 - General Requirements, applicable Technical Sections, Addenda, and Contract Modifications. Other work at the site may be performed under separate contracts or by the Owner, and the Contractor must cooperate fully with such work to avoid interference or delay. Work not included is marked "NIC" or "by others" or noted in specifications. All labor and materials required must be provided unless specifically noted otherwise. Work indicated to be furnished by others or Owner must be installed unless specifically stipulated otherwise. The Contractor must comply with restrictions, coordinate use of premises, and adhere to occupancy requirements and restrictions as set forth in the documents. The Owner may award a single prime contract and reserves the right to let separate contracts for other work at the site. Bidders must submit Proof of Responsibility and other required data. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid. All work must be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents, and the Contractor is responsible for examining site conditions, reviewing reports and drawings, and acknowledging receipt of addenda.
