Reconstruction and widening of 11th Avenue South from 3rd Street South to 1st Street S, including removal of existing curb, gutter, pavement and sidewalk to accommodate construction of the new roadway cross section and pedestrian facilities. The project also includes removal and replacement of the traffic signals at 11th Ave. S & 3rd St. S and at 11th Ave. S & 2nd St. S. Replacement of a City water main, construction of storm drain facilities, installation of new electrical systems for historic lighting, installation of new pressure irrigation systems, curb/gutter/sidewalk construction, brick pavers, planting trees and other miscellaneous landscaping items are included. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Bidders are responsible to ensure they have reviewed and obtained all Owner bidding notifications, addenda, and Bidding Documents. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or cash in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposal.
