Upgrading the existing 4-inch PI to a 6-inch PI along Owyhee and 9th Ave, from Canyon Street to Blain Ave totaling 1,800 LF+/-. Upgrading the existing 2-inch PI line to a 6-inch PI along Fairview Street, from Shoshone to Owyhee totaling 600 LF+/-. Replacing all existing service lines to each property.
