Furnish and deliver equipment for use by the City of Nampa Water Division as outlined in the bid documents. Equipment includes but is not limited to valves, gaskets, couplers, curbstops, fittings, meter setters, clamps, valve cans, meter boxes, hydrants, saddles, and related equipment. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check, or cash in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid proposal. The City of Nampa reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Nampa. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents. Bidders are responsible to ensure they have reviewed and obtained all Owner bidding notifications, addenda, and bidding documents. Obtaining the bidding documents may be done through the designated website or the issuing office, with payment and conditions as outlined.
