The work required consists of the installation of a new rotary press unit in the Sludge Holding Facility at the Nampa Wastewater Treatment Plant as specified and shown in the drawings. This includes the installation of two conveyors (one horizontal, one inclined) to carry dewatered sludge to the existing transfer conveyors, along with the extension of transfer conveyors to receive sludge from the new rotary press discharge conveyor. Bids are requested for Phase 2 Upgrades Rotary Press. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Bids must include bid security of five percent (5%) of the proposal amount. Bid security will be forfeited if the successful bidder fails to enter into contract as specified.
