The City of Nampa invites bids from qualified Golf Course Irrigation Contractors for the installation of a new irrigation system at Centennial Golf Course, an existing 18-hole facility with a driving range. The Project includes the following Work: Contractors must possess a valid Idaho Public Works Contractor's License at the time of bid submission. The project scope includes the installation of 6" to 24" diameter HDPE mainline, 2" diameter HDPE laterals, valves, sprinklers, a twowire control system with computer interface, and a weather station. The existing pump station must be preserved, protected, and integrated with the new system. Bidding contractors, their lead foreman, and at least 80% of the crew must demonstrate experience with a minimum of five comparable irrigation renovation projects completed within the past five years. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the City of Nampa as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. City of Nampa reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Nampa.
