**As of November 25, 2025, the project was awarded to Hydro Specialties Company, with an awarded amount of $343,274.60** Work consists of providing new water meters sized 5/8 inch through 6 inch. Water meter and register must be compatible with Aclara AMR Endpoints without special programming and utilize a Hydroconn AMR Series III Connector which shall be potted to the register. Supplier shall furnish any standard installation gasket, O-rings, fittings and appurtenances. Bidders are requested to obtain official bidding documents only through the designated website, are responsible for reviewing and obtaining all addenda and notifications, and must accompany bids with a bid security of five percent of the amount of the bid proposal. The City of Nampa reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive nonmaterial irregularities.
