The project generally includes the removal, inspection, rehabilitation and/or replacement of the pumping equipment at two potable groundwater well facilities and six irrigation pump stations, electrical upgrades at the two aforementioned potable groundwater wells facilities and at one of the irrigation pump stations, ancillary equipment upgrades, and electrical upgrades at two additional irrigation pump stations as described in the Contract Documents. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Bidders are responsible to ensure they have reviewed and obtained all Owner bidding notifications, addenda, and Bidding Documents. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit of $25.00 for each set. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is strongly encouraged but not required. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or cash in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposal. Bids not conforming to the specified requirements may be rejected.
