Renovation of an educational facility in Nampa, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Central Elementary Roofing Project The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality or irregularity, and award a contract that is deemed in the best interest of the Owner. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of (100%) of the Contract amount will be required within (10) days after receipt of a properly prepared agreement between Beniton and the Trade Contractor. Costs for bonds shall be included within the Base Bid of the trade contractorís bid amount. The Owner will suffer financial loss if the Project is not Substantially Complete on the date set forth in the Contract Documents. The Trade Contractor (and its Surety) shall be liable for and shall pay to Beniton Construction the sums hereinafter stipulated as fixed, agreed and liquidated damages of Two Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($2,000) for each calendar day of delay beyond Substantial Completion. The Owner will suffer loss if submittals are not processed in a timely manner. All submittals are due no later than 30 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. The Trade Contractor/Supplier shall pay Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($500) for each calendar day of delay until the submittals are received by the Construction Manager. Notice to Proceed: 02/17/26 Construction Start: 06/01/26 Substantial Completion: 07/31/26
