Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Stillwater, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 2,500-square-foot medical facility.
The City of Stillwater is planning the construction of a PFAS treatment facility at Well 9, located near the existing water tower on Tower Drive. The facility will use granular activated carbon (GAC) filtration to remove PFAS from drinking water and will include a paved staging area for maintenance and media replacement operations. The proposed building will be situated between the generator building and water tower to optimise process piping and operational efficiency. A variance to reduce the front yard setback from 40 feet to 24.5 feet was approved due to site constraints. Construction is expected to begin in 2026, with the facility operational by late 2026.
