**As of March 17th, 2026, the owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” MAHUBE-OTWA Community Action Partnership, Inc. requests a statement of qualifications for Construction Management services to renovate their existing facility in Mahnomen, Minnesota. Interior renovations are needed in the existing facility to utilize more of the space for programs as described by the Owner. The project may include but is not limited to concrete, masonry, structural steel, rough and finish carpentry, finishes, mechanical, and electrical systems. The selected firm will act as the single provider of Construction Management at Risk services for the project. Bids are due by 4:00 P.M. on February 5th, 2026. SCOPE OF SERVICES: a. Interior renovations are needed in the existing facility to utilize more of the space for the use of programs as described for the Owner. b. The project may include but is not limited to concrete, masonry, structural steel, rough and finish carpentry, finishes, mechanical and electrical systems. c. The firm selected will act as the single provider of Construction Management at Risk services for this project. d. A brief pre-construction phase will occur during Spring 2026 . The construction phase will commence in the early summer of 2026 . e. Contract terms will be based on AIA Document A133-2009, the agreement between Owner and Construction Manager, with supplemental conditions. f. The CM will be responsible for providing a monthly progress update to the Owner, including potential updates to MAHUBE-OTWAs Board of Directors.
