As of October 06, 2025, project was awarded to Mesabi Bituminous, Inc., awarded amount is $749,252.64. Grading, Bituminous Surfacing, Concrete Walk, ADA Improvements and Lighting Construct sidewalk along Rock Ridge Dr beginning at US 169 and ending at CSAH 102 (Park Ridge Dr), and along CSAH 102 (Park Ridge Dr) beginning at Rock Ridge Dr and ending at CSAH 109 (Nichols Ave). Read carefully the wage scales as they affect these projects. Minimum wage rates to be paid by the contractor have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations. Those which apply to these projects are set forth in the proposals for these projects. Electronic bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond in an amount which is at least equal to 5% of the total amount, and may be submitted electronically using Surety 2000 or Tinubu, or as a hard copy by mail or other delivery method, either as a corporate surety bond or a certified check made payable to the County Auditor of St. Louis County.
