Supply the following items in accordance with the respective department drawings or specifications: 1) Bracket, cable support, permanently embossed with manufacturer's name and date of production, shipped in wooden crates; 2) Cover, avian protection, conical, gray, made of thermoset cross-linked polymer, tested for UV, tracking, erosion resistance, dielectric strength, flame resistance, accelerated aging, tensile and elongation, low temperature flexibility, packed 3 per box; 3) Insulator, process electrical porcelain, small, for 34.5 KV cable rack, as specified. Delivery must not exceed 115 calendar days from receipt of order. All items are subject to inspection; materially non-compliant, damaged or defective material must be replaced at vendor's expense. Award will be made as a whole on a complete bid for all items. Only electronic responses submitted through the specified system will be accepted. Alternate manufacturers must provide samples and specification sheets for evaluation by the department. All boxes, cartons, crates, and pallets must be labeled with purchase order number, quantity, manufacturer name and part number, and material code. Failure to comply with labeling may result in return at vendor's expense. Affirmative action applies. The contractor may not assign or dispose of the contract or its proceeds without prior written consent of the department.
