Sign, Warning: Structure sign, warning, 8-inches x 6-inches, 1/16-inch thick. "WARNING" lettering and image shall be black with orange background. "DO NOT INSTALL GROUND RODS: THIS SUBSTRUCTURE IS LOCATED DIRECTLY ABOVE MTA FACILITIES" lettering shall be black with white background, in accordance with Department Drawing UA928-35 under "Vendor Checklist." Delivery shall not exceed 45 calendar days from receipt of order. Bids offering delivery beyond the specified number of days will be rejected as non-responsive. Bidder to provide a complete detailed description for each item including the manufacturer name and part number, even if the item matches exactly the item specified. Vendors quoting other than specified manufacturer/brand or specified part number must submit and attach literature/specifications with bid. Failure to do so will make the bid non-responsive. Only responses submitted through eRSP will be accepted. Bidder shall enter their price(s) in the unit price and extension columns on the bid line items. Bidder shall also provide answers to requested information listed after the bid line items. If there is a discrepancy between the unit price and the extension, the unit price shall prevail. Bids are subject to acceptance by the department for a period of 90 days, or such lesser period as stated herein. Delivery will be accepted only between 7:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, except holidays.
