Items to be supplied include gas manifold nuts, clay digging chisels, galvanized eye bolts with nuts, coil eye bolts of ductile iron, forged steel lifting rings with certificates of conformance, and steel curb stakes. All line items must be entered with unit price and extension. Delivery is required within 52 calendar days from order receipt, and delivery will only be accepted during specified hours on weekdays except for recognized holidays. Items are subject to inspection with replacement or credit for noncompliant, damaged, or defective materials at vendor's expense. All materials must be labeled with purchase order number, quantity, manufacturer name and part number, and DWP material code.
