The intent is to obtain competitive pricing for a multi-year agreement for regular maintenance and service for the 16 electric motor driven turbine pumps in use at the Florida Bass Conservation Center. The regular rotation of pump preventative maintenance is to service 4-6 pumps annually, according to provided specifications. Only responsive and responsible contractors will be considered. A bid must be a definite, firm, unqualified, and unconditional offer to meet all material terms. Nonresponsive submissions may be rejected. The responsible vendor must have the financial ability, experience, resources, skills, capability, reliability, and business integrity to perform the contract requirements. References and quality may also be considered. All bids must be sealed and received before the deadline. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive minor irregularities. All information submitted or otherwise obtained may be considered to determine responsiveness and responsibility.
