Demolition for an educational facility in Lake Jackson, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility.

We expect this project to cost $400,000 - $600,000 Sealed Proposals will be received by the Brazosport Independent School District for the demolition of Ney Elementary School. A Mandatory Walkthrough will be held at the main entrance to Ney Elementary School, located at 308 Winding Way, Lake Jackson, Texas. Attendance at the walkthrough is required to submit a proposal. Proposal forms are available from the office of the Chief Financial Officer, 301 W. Brazoswood Drive, Clute, TX, 77531. Question Deadline 01/26/2026 at 12:00 PM CT All questions received and the corresponding answers will be distributed to all vendors. No verbal responses will be provided.
