Hillsborough County Parks & Recreation and Capital Programs Departments is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of a new library and park expansion on an approximately 50-acre property in Thonotosassa, Hillsborough County. Project is located on the South side of Main Street approximately 1/2 mile West of Mango Road (CR 579). Project includes a new approximately 18,000 sq ft library, a new approximately 2,600 sq ft concession building, two (2) new synthetic multipurpose fields, and all associated site improvements PID U-16-28-20-ZZZ-000002-05490.0 Project No: 23-126, 23022, 01.24018, 27158, 0010713.01, 2300.200, 23045, 23043 SBE Goal: In connection with this solicitation and its resulting Contract, a goal of 12% has been established for participation by SBE as Subcontractors.
