Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in South Jacksonville, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Village of South Jacksonville is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional engineering firms for the construction observation of the reconstruction of South Diamond Street from Greenwood Avenue to Michigan Avenue. Improvements will include milling and resurfacing the existing pavement, curb and gutter and sidewalk construction on the east side of the road, storm sewer improvements, striping, and other associated work. Firms are invited to submit their SOQ for eligibility to provide engineering services for the Village. One engineering firm will be selected to perform all the construction engineering work.
