Renovation of a military facility in Batavia, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Subcontractor shall perform all work as described in the Statement of Work for the Wilson Hall Facade Repairs and Restoration and the Wilson Hall Facade Repairs and Restoration Drawing Set. All work shall include transportation, overhead, bonding costs, insurance, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision as required. The requirements for repair and restoration of the Wilson Hall facade are segregated into three phases: Phase 1 includes restoration and repair of the East Elevation of Wilson Hall, Phase 2 includes restoration and repair of the North and South Elevations of Wilson Hall, and Phase 3 includes restoration and repair of the West Elevation of Wilson Hall. Each phase is expected to be completed within 180 calendar days after issuance of a Notice to Proceed. A separate Notice to Proceed will be issued for each phase. The prospective offeror should examine and review the solicitation with care. Any prospective offeror desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, etc., must request it in writing by close of business (5:00 PM CDT), February 9, 2026, 2026. Oral explanations or instructions given before the award of a subcontract will not be binding. Any information given to a prospective offeror concerning a solicitation will be furnished promptly to all other prospective offerors as an amendment to the solicitation if that information is necessary for submitting proposals or if the lack of it would be prejudicial to other prospective offerors. All questions concerning this RFP should be submitted in writing and directed to the Procurement Specialist listed below. Any communication about this project with any other person will be viewed as an undermining of the procurement process, and the Offeror may be disqualified on that basis.
