As of February 9, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award was not yet been established. The project includes the removal of the existing roof system and installation of a new roof system. A bid addendum will be issued if the meeting is changed or cancelled. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to select the vendor considered by the County to be most advantageous. Kenosha County reserves the right to request additional information, the right to clarify responses, the right to award a contract for only some but not all of the articles or items in the solicitation, and the right to waive minor irregularities. The County of Kenosha does not warrant or guarantee that a contract will be awarded as a result of this Request for Bid.
