Spokane Public Schools is requesting bids for the General Contractor/Construction Manager for the ADAMS ELEMENTARY PROJECT for the following Subcontractor Bid Package: RFP 19-2526; BP #3 - Structural Concrete and Steel Union Signatory: In accordance with RCW 39.10.380, the GC/CM is signatory to the Carpenter's, Laborer's, Cement Mason's, and Operator's union agreement in the region where the project is located. As such, the GC/CM requires that bidders submitting a bid on specific bid packages which involve aforementioned trade scopes of work, be signatory with the associated unions. The scope of work will be outlined in the Contract Documents. A Bid Bond is required for any bid $300,000 or above.
