The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualifications from firms to review water and wastewater utility plan documents for new development infrastructure. The review is for compliance with Bay County Utility Services standards and specifications, as well as State and Federal rules and requirements. All firms, including sub-consultants, must be State of Florida licensed professionals. Architect and/or engineering firms must be Florida licensed. Architects are required to hold a Florida Professional Architect license, engineers must hold a Florida Professional Engineer’s license, and surveyors must hold a Professional Land Surveyor’s License.
