Allstate Construction, Inc., as the Construction Manager, is accepting sealed bid proposals from pre-qualified subcontractors for the Bay District Schools Nelson Building Roof Replacement project in Panama City, Florida. The work includes the following trades: Carpentry, Roofing, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. Subcontractor bid proposals must be submitted to Allstate Construction, Inc. at 220 Forest Park Circle, Panama City, FL 32405. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled at the Nelson Building, 1311 Balboa Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401. Allstate Construction, Inc. reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or reject any and all bid proposals.
