The City of Tucson, pursuant to ARS Title 34, is conducting a competitive One-Step Process to select a qualified design consultant/general contractor to provide design services and construction service as the Design Build for design and construction improvements for Amphi Housing Resource Center (HRC) Design Build. The City invites interested firms to submit written Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) relating to this solicitation. A Screening Committee will evaluate firms' qualifications and experience with similar projects. The top ranked firm(s) will then be invited to enter into negotiations with the City of Tucson.
