Supply and delivery of one (1) new side load refuse packer truck as per the item numbers and descriptions noted in the referenced quote. No used or demo units will be accepted. Delivery is to be F.O.B. Destination at the specified address. The goods supplied must be fully warranted as to their quality for a period of one year from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated in the specifications. In the event of any defect in quality during the warranty period or subsequently discovered that originated during the warranty period, the vendor shall replace the goods or perform necessary repairs or replacements to ensure the goods meet the required condition. The benefit of any manufacturer, supplier, or subcontractor warranties must also be transferred to the City. Bidders must provide rates in Canadian funds inclusive of all applicable duties, taxes except HST, labour, material, travel, disbursement, insurance, and other required overhead costs. All prices must be entered in the provided Pricing Form, complying with mandatory and non-mandatory line item requirements. Do not enter $0.00 for non-mandatory items unless the bidder intends to supply the item at no charge. The City reserves the right to add or delete items or quantities in the Pricing Form based on its approved budget and will not consider claims for contract amount adjustments. Bid submissions must be in PDF format without password protection and must be uploaded via the City's electronic bidding system. All addenda must be acknowledged. Bidders must also declare any potential conflicts of interest and comply with all instructions and conditions outlined in the procurement document, including confidentiality and fair competition provisions.
