This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by Loyalist Township (the "Township") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Coverall Style Building - Roof Replacement - Design Build, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The project includes the replacement of the existing fabric roof cover with one of the following options: - Replace existing cover with reinforced fabric. - Replace the existing cover with a combination of steel cladding and fabric cover. The vertical portion of the cover will be replaced with steel cladding, and the remaining roof portion will be replaced with reinforced fabric. Implement all required structural upgrades required to accommodate the change to steel cladding on the vertical walls. - Completely replace the existing cover with steel cladding. Implement all required structural upgrades required to accommodate the steel cladding on the existing roof structure. This project will also include minor structural repairs to the concrete foundation walls, repairs to the steel structure, and installation of plywood barrier along the interior of the foundation wall.
