The project consists of the removal and replacement of the 8" water main and associated services along Johnson Avenue between the Michigan Avenue and College Avenue block, and the removal and replacement of two sanitary sewer manholes along College Avenue centered at Johnson Avenue. Surface restoration and other associated work are also included. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or cash in the amount of 5% of the bid proposal. An Idaho Public Works License is required to bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the Owner. Any objections to the contents or terms of the documents must be raised five days prior to bid opening, otherwise they are deemed waived.
