Reference Number 0000311745 Question Acceptance Deadline 2026/01/29 05:00:00 PM EST The project consists of the renovation and upgrade of the interior of the existing building to improve functionality, safety, and overall appearance. The scope of work includes selective demolition, reconfiguration of interior spaces, and the installation of new architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as required. Interior finishes shall be upgraded throughout, including flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, millwork, doors, and hardware. The work also includes improvements to lighting, power distribution, data and communication systems, and life-safety components to meet current codes and operational requirements. All work shall be completed in accordance with applicable building codes, standards, and the approved drawings and specifications, while maintaining the integrity of the existing structure and minimizing disruption to ongoing operations where applicable.
