The project consists of the complete removal and replacement of the existing roofing systems at multiple buildings at the West and East Maintenance Yards and minor building repairs at the West Maintenance Yard located along the Atlantic City Expressway in New Jersey. The Base Bid includes work for Building Area "C" (West Maintenance Yard 2-Bay Garage) and Roof Area "F" (East Maintenance Yard 4-Bay Garage). There are separate add alternates for additional roof areas: Add Alternate 1 - Roof Area "A" (West Maintenance Yard Garage), Add Alternate 2 - Roof Area "B" (West Maintenance Yard Office), Add Alternate 3 - Roof Area "D" (East Maintenance Yard Garage), and Add Alternate 4 - Roof Area "E" (East Maintenance Yard Office). Bidders are advised to review the detailed scope of work and restrictions noted in the instructions to bidders. Only electronic bid submissions through the Bid Express electronic bidding portal are accepted. Bidders must be pre-qualified under specified NJDPMC Class Codes for themselves and for their subcontractors in plumbing, HVACR, and electrical.
