Reference Number 0000409448 The Town of Avon is requesting statements of qualifications to provide construction project management and materials testing for the West Beaver Creek Blvd Bridge project, a federally funded bridge rehabilitation project. The project involves rehabilitating a bridge and approach lanes as well as minor drainage improvements. This contract will be for construction project management and construction materials testing services. The project includes removal and repair of damaged concrete deck sections, placement of polyester concrete thin bonded overlay, replacement of pedestrian rail, adding bikeway rail, repair of traffic rail and abutment spalls, sealing joints, retrofitting light pole connection, remove debris from beam seats, asphalt paving of approaches, and restriping. The project drainage improvement includes installation and connection of a new storm sewer inlet and replacing the curb and gutter on the southeast part of the approach.
