Sealed bids are requested for the Sontag-Wanilla Waterline Valve Replacement Project - Contract No. 5. The project is funded in part by the ARPA Rural Water Association Infrastructure Grant (RWAIG). Plans, specifications, and contract documents are available for examination at the Sontag-Wanilla Water Association and Clearpoint Consulting Engineers offices. Bid schedules can be examined at specified locations including the Mississippi Procurement Technical Assistance Program (MPTAP) and the Mississippi Contract Procurement Center. Contract documents must be purchased through www.clearpointbids.com to be on the official plan holders list. Electronic and paper bids are accepted. Minority and women's business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids and inquire about subcontracting and supply needs. The procurement is subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972 and RWAIG Program Regulations, and must comply with various provisions of the US Treasury State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Compliance and Reporting Guidance. Bid preparation must follow the Instructions to Bidders included in the documents. Question Deadline 02/09/2026 at 10:00 AM CT- Each Bidder will call to the attention of the Professional any discrepancies in the Contract Documents or questions requiring clarification at least 72 hours before bid. Questions regarding this project will not be answered after this time.
