Reference number: 20116595 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-01-26 Electronic tender submission accepted No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 60 1.1 Purpose of the call for tenders Through this call for tenders, the City is requesting bids for the cleaning of pipes and the verification of the watertightness of components of the leachate collection and retention system at the City of Sept-Iles' engineered landfill site (ELS). This contract will be awarded according to one of the following options: Option 1: 1 year (2026) Option 2: 3 years (2026 to 2028) Option 3: 5 years (2026 to 2030) 1.2 Location of the work The work will take place at the Residual Materials Management Centre (CGMR), located 8 kilometres north of downtown Sept-Iles and accessible via Chemin du Lac-Daigle. Please note that the work must be carried out starting on 1 August of each year of the contract in order to allow the final report to be submitted by 31 October of each year at the latest.
