Reference number: 20118136 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-02-05 Electronic tender submission accepted No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 60 With this call for tenders, the City of Sept-Îles is requesting bids to empty and dispose of the municipal biosolids from the Downtown wastewater treatment plant. This mandate will be awarded according to one of the following options: Option A: 1 year (2026) Option B: 3 years (2026 to 2028) Option C: 5 years (2026 to 2030) In addition, as optional work, the City is asking for a price to carry out, if necessary, the interventions provided for in the "Dredge Transfer" and "Non-recoverable Sludge" sections of the technical clauses. Only the quantities actually executed can be invoiced to the City, and this, without any possible compensation. 1.2 Location of the work The work will take place at the Downtown wastewater treatment plant, located at 250 Laure Boulevard East in Sept-Îles. Delivery schedule 3.1 Work schedule The pumping, conditioning, dehydration and disposal work must be carried out between 15 May and 31 October each year.
