Reference number: 20109268 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-12-29 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender no Electronic tender submission accepted No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 60 Through this call for tenders, the City of Sept-Iles is seeking bids for the provision of professional analysis services performed by an accredited laboratory. This contract will be awarded for a minimum term of two years. However, the City reserves the right to extend the contract for up to a maximum of five years, in accordance with the following options: - Two-year term: 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2028; - Three-year term: 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2029; - Four-year term: 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2030; - 5-year term: 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2031. If the tenderer does not wish to commit beyond the initial 2-year period, they are not required to offer their services for years 3, 4 and 5 of the mandate.
