Site work for a water / sewer project in Cutler Bay, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Cutler Bay is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide construction services for drainage improvements for the Saga Bay Drainage Improvements Project, as per plans and specifications. The work includes removal of grass and other materials to prepare the ground for sidewalk installation. Additional tasks will include installation of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant ramps at intersections of Streets and Avenues where indicated by the Town. All form work and site preparation shall be conducted with minimum impact and/or damage to the adjacent properties. Women/Minority Owned and Emerging Small Businesses are invited to submit bids. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, workshop or negotiate proposals, waive irregularities, or request re-proposals as deemed in the best interest of the Town. A "Cone of Silence" is imposed concerning the Town's competitive purchasing process, generally prohibiting communications about the RFP until a recommendation is made to the Town Council.
